  • There is 2 hour public parking on the east side of the building, on Tommy Banks Way​                                                

  • If that is full there is parking available in the Ritchie Mill Parking lot also off Tommy Banks Way

How do I open the Door and Where do I go?

  • If the Door is Locked or if it is before 9am or after 5 pm          

  • Use silver key pad located right of the Door                                   

  • Scroll to find                       'Top Form Physio'                                                                  

  • Press GREEN Phone               

  • Someone will answer                                          

  • The Door will open, you will hear a click or the screen on key pad with prompt you to proceed                                    

  • If you have a problem just text or call me at 587-778-3625      

  • Take the elevator down to level 1, turn right                       

  • There is a waiting area                                

  • If you have any mobility needs the all access door is located on the west side of the building, you will need to call and make arrangements with me to access this door             

  • Call or email if you have any questions prior to your arrival    

  • When you leave,to exit the door after hours, press the exit button
